  • Preferred Delivery Date & Time

  • Contact Phone Number

  • Special Requests (e.g., candles, packaging preferences)

4. Delivery and Pickup

4.1. Delivery Area: Our delivery service is available within a 20 km radius from Taman Pelangi, Johor Bahru.

4.2. Self-Pickup: Customers may opt for self-pickup at Pelangi Plaza or Leisure Mall at the designated time slots.

4.3. Delivery Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including traffic or weather conditions.

5. Payment Terms

5.1. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank Transfers (POSB or Maybank)

  • PayPal

  • Cash on Delivery (COD, subject to availability)5.2. Payments must be made in full before the order is processed.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

6.1. Cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup.

6.2. Refunds are issued at our discretion and are subject to processing fees where applicable.
